Offer and registration

Tanwyn GmbH, represented by Eva Heidenreich, offers individual as well as group lessons and seminars around the dog. The courses include practical lessons and serve the training of dog owners.

Group courses

The offers for group courses can only be made after prior written registration (via the website or by mail) and confirmation by Tanwyn GmbH. The written registration is binding and is definitive after confirmation by Tanwyn GmbH. course fees are due.

With the confirmation the dog-human-team receives a questionnaire, which has to be filled out truthfully by the dog-owner./ to be filled in truthfully by the dog owner.

Individual trainings

The booking of an appointment is binding – any missed appointments will be charged to the client.

A lesson / class lasts 60 minutes. Any delays on the part of the customer areat the customer’s expense. They do not entitle the client to a reduction of the fee.

Lessons will be held at the training location defined by Tanwyn GmbH. In group courses the nextthe next training location will be communicated in advance.

The dog has to be led by the owner or an adult person during the lessons.

Terms of payment and cancellation

The course fees for group courses are to be paid at least seven days before the start of the course to:

In case of cancellation of individual trainings the following amounts will be charged:

• up to 4 days before the scheduled individual training: 0 % of the total amount
• from 3 days before the scheduled individual training: 100 % of the total amount

In case of cancellation of intensive weeks the following amounts will be charged:

• up to 30 days before the start of the course: 0 % of the total amount
• up to 20 days before the beginning of the course: 50 % of the total amount
• up to 10 days before the beginning of the course: 75 % of the total amount of the course
• 9 days or more before the beginning of the course, in case of no-show or cancellation of the course: 100 % of the course fee.

One accompanying person per human-dog team is allowed. Accompanying persons receive a 50 percent discount on the course price.

Conditions of participation and disclaimer

All dogs must be chipped, vaccinated, dewormed and healthy to participate in group courses and seminars.

The client is obliged to inform Tanwyn GmbH in advance about the health condition of the dog (pain, illness).

Behavior during courses and seminars

The training location may only be entered with a leashed dog. In general, a leash is required in all courses and seminars it is compulsory to keep the dog on a leash. Dogs may only be let loose on the instruction of the course management.

Out of consideration for people, animals, nature and the environment, dog excrement must always be picked up and disposed of accordingly.

Video recordings in individual training sessions may be approved by the course course leader at his own discretion after consultation.

Copyright

All course and seminar materials, which are made available to course participants online or offline, are participants are protected by copyright. They may neither be copied nor passed on and are for personal use only.

Vouchers

Vouchers can be ordered by e-mail and are valid as soon as the amount has been paid.

The duration of the validity is indicated on the voucher and is usually two years after payment.

The voucher can be used for Tanwyn individual training or group classes.

After this period, the voucher cannot be redeemed. As a gesture of goodwill without any obligation to do so, we may allow the voucher to be redeemed after this period allowed.

The voucher is transferable. A sale for commercial purposes or a raffle on social media or other Media or other channels is prohibited.
